Do we articulate or Understand our Meditation and growth or we just need to watch.

Updated: 10 hours ago

Simply observe. The instant you begin wondering, “What is going on?” thought re-enters. The moment you interpret or explain, thinking has already returned. Anything other than simple observation allows the mind to step back in.

The mind is what needs to be kept at a distance, and awareness itself is the one space it cannot occupy.

The question you raise is important. People naturally slip into examining their experience, trying to label or understand it. What often goes unnoticed is that this urge to explain is the mind quietly reasserting itself. Observation, on the other hand, is a way of loosening the mind’s grip - because analysis, interpretation, and conclusions all belong to thought.

So remain with observation alone. Sink into it as fully as possible. Let awareness deepen until thinking fades far into the background, leaving only clear witnessing. In that state, what remains is your most authentic presence—unmixed, awake, and untouched.
